Rumblegrid

Rumblegrid is a tactical arcade game combining chess-like enemy behaviour with explosive grid-based action.

Enter a compact battle arena, move between squares and place timed charges to destroy obstacles and defeat enemy pieces. Each opponent follows a different movement or attack pattern inspired by chess. Pawns advance, Rooks threaten straight lines, Bishops attack diagonally and Knights leap across the board.

Success depends on more than quick reactions. Every charge changes the battlefield, opens new routes and creates opportunities for dangerous chain reactions. Plan your escape before the fuse runs out, use obstacles for protection and turn enemy movement patterns against them.

As the campaign progresses, new formations, hazards and tactical challenges are introduced, leading towards a final confrontation with the Iron King.
